Richard Knights, trumpet

Richard Knights studied trumpet with Colin Clague at Kingston University where he was awarded a Commendation for Performance with his degree in Music. He performs regularly with many London ensembles including the Ernest Read Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of St Paul’s. Like many of the CCO’s members, Richard’s employment is outside the musical world - he is a team leader with the UK’s leading insurance premium finance provider.

Richard is the Corinthian Chamber Orchestra's principal trumpet.
